The Atlanta Triathlon Club (ATC) was founded in 2008. It has grown to become one of the largest triathlon clubs in the Southeast and offers 15-20 group training sessions/week throughout the year. In 2016, the ATC Tri Stars team grew to 40 kids.

The CMAK (Chase Michael Anthony Kowalski) Sandy Hook Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity formed by the family of Chase Kowalski to honor his memory. In remembrance of Chase Kowalski, the students and educators of the Sandy Hook tragedy, CMAK inspires community healing through family and children-focused initiatives and programs. By focusing on emotional healing and physical health and wellness, they positively change the lives of children and their families.

Exceeding Expectations
Cathedral City, CA
Exceeding Expectations, a program in San Bernardino that serves an inner-city population, is designed to encourage at-risk kids to move their lives in a positive direction, using the sport of triathlon as the vehicle. The goal is not to develop the kids into elite athletes, but rather to offer them opportunities to participate in a lifestyle that is healthy, goal-oriented, and very unlike that which they experience in their everyday lives. They strive to replace negative influences with positive role models and to instill in the kids a powerful new discipline of setting measurable goals and working hard to achieve them. Their highest priority is education, and their ultimate objective is to ensure that every one of the kids graduates high school and goes on to college.

Kids Moving & Thriving is an initiative of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and the Living Well Fitness Center. It was started in 2012 for the purpose of improving the overall health of undeserved children grades K-5 and their families by providing opportunities for physical activity throughout Kalamazoo County. Their vision is "Every child will reach adulthood at a healthy weight".

Kids TRI for Kids

Kids TRI for Kids Triathlon Series started in September of 2008 in Indianapolis, IN. The initial goal was to give kids an opportunity to build confidence in 3 different discipline sports (swimming, biking and running) while raising money and awareness for underprivileged kids through a partnership with Best Buddies of Indiana. In 2010, they became a 501(c)(3) and continued to expand the number of races and participants. Kids TRI for Kids encourages participants that it is not only about winning,
but being the best they can be while developing confidence in the sport of triathlon.

Kids Who Tri Succeed

Kids Who Tri Succeed is a voluntary organization that was started to encourage as many children as possible to enjoy and benefit from multisport competition at a fee accessible to all. More experienced competitors get an opportunity to hone their skills, while first-timers see how triathlon is fun, challenging, a new learning experience, and that everyone who competes can set goals, even if it is only to finish the race.

University of Alabama Women's Triathlon

The University of West Alabama Triathlon Team is one of 13 NCAA schools who are currently funded through USA Triathlon grants. They are a Division II institution who is actively involved in the Collegiate Varsity Triathlon, or NCAA Emerging Sport movement. They are currently a team of 5 student-athletes, but are actively recruiting and are pressing to see a large increase in our numbers for the 2017-2018 season. The University of Alabama is one of the most affordable institutions in the state of Alabama and is able to provide athletic and academic scholarships for those who qualify.

YES3 Tri Club

The YES3 program is an after school program designed to find innovative ways to fight childhood overweight/obesity. A branch of the program is our multisport club. They program to Latino youth, which in turn is not only helping to diversity the sport of triathlon, but it is also creating healthy lifestyle opportunities for the kids and their families. The YES3 Triathlon Club has been doing triathlons since 2014 and their club is typically around 15 members strong. The kids were inspired to compete in triathlons after watching the 2013 USAT National Championships in Milwaukee.
