Newberry College Women's Triathlon Team

Newberry College Triathlon Team is a women’s NCAA triathlon team in Newberry, S.C. The team recently signed a visually impaired athlete, who they believe is the first adaptive athlete in NCAA triathlon. Newberry College hopes to have the resources to grow its program for adaptive female triathletes in the future.

Grant funding will support resources for adaptive athletes to train and race alongside able-bodied peers.
