Paul Craig co-founded Rudy Project North America in 1998 and ran the company as President for two decades.  Rudy Project became synonymous with the world's best Triathlon eyewear, prescription eyewear and helmets.  Paul was committed during his tenure to supporting tens of thousands of amateur and professional athletes, teams and organizations.  Paul has always supported the sport of Triathlon including signing Rudy on as the Official Eyewear and Helmet of USA Triathlon since 2004.  Paul oversaw the introduction of helmets into the North American market and Rudy's domination in Kona, being the only company ever to be the #1 worn helmet at the Ironman World Championships 8 years in a row (2011-2018).

Paul Craig was born in Nairobi, Kenya, to an US Diplomat father and artist mother, and has lived in Somalia, Tunisia, Nepal, Haiti, Guyana and Rwanda.  Paul speaks French and Creole fluently and is currently learning Spanish. He went to Northfield Mount Hermon School, Tufts University and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and has studied in Arcachon and Paris, France.  He rowed crew competitively for 7 years and loves swimming, biking and outdoor sports.

In his earlier years, he was the Executive Director of The Tufts Clubs, an alumni organization he helped launch after graduating college; Product Manager at Marilyn Miglin Cosmetics and RayBan; and Vice President of Marketing at Bolle Sunglasses and Goggles.

Paul left Rudy Project in November, 2018 to spend more time with his family, get more involved in the Denver Community and philanthropy work.  He is actively involved in his three childrens' Elementary School governance and activities, and coaching his children's soccer and flag football teams.  Paul has volunteered with HeadStart, and multiple school fundraising campaigns.

Paul and his wife are active scuba divers and are PADI Divemasters, training and leading divers in Honduras and the Caribbean.

Since 2008, Paul has served on the USAT Hall of Fame Committee and currently serves on their Executive Committee.  He was one of the Founding Members of the USA Triathlon Foundation and served until 2018.  Paul is deeply honored to serve as a Legacy Member on the USAT Foundation Board.
