Role with the USA Triathlon Foundation: Major Gifts Officer

Why are you involved with the USA Triathlon Foundation: I deeply value the power of sport to drive excellence, personal development, and global connection. After spending the majority of my career in the nonprofit, education, and travel sectors, the opportunity to elevate multisport and be part of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement has fueled my passion to pivot.

Athletic Background: Molly was a collegiate soccer player and the former assistant women's soccer coach for her alma mater, Kalamazoo College. She enjoys a range of sports and spending time in the outdoors.
